Our Mission:
Sol & Skye is a wellness platform for all ages and abilities (starting as early as 6 weeks old) that intertwines the elements of movement, mindfulness, and other therapeutic practices to teach others how to feel good from within! Jennifer is the founder of Sol & Skye, and the heart + “sol” of her mission is to create an inclusive mind-body practice that is accessible for everyone, backed by a trauma-informed, diverse abilities, and whole person lens.
Sol & Skye is centralized in Phoenixville, PA, and offers a wide variety of services that can be brought to any space in essentially any form you are seeking! These services range from youth yoga programs to adult wellness classes/retreats and everything in between to support your social, emotional, and physical health.

Our Services
At Sol & Skye we offer a variety of youth and adult wellness services to meet your needs for all ages and abilities 6 weeks + up!
*No yoga experience required to have a fun time!
Youth Yoga + Mindfulness Classes
Each class is intentionally + thoughtfully planned around different themes, creative art projects, games, meditation, social emotional learning, partner/group collaboration, and other mindfulness exercises to help your child feel calm + focused in their body. Yoga will give your child new tools each week that they can take with them to feel their best selves, on or off the mat!
Youth Summer, Holiday, + Day Camps
We plan our camps to incorporate body, mind and breath for each little "sol" through: Yoga Poses, Arts + Crafts, Games, Mindfulness Activities, Journaling, Time in Nature + lots more fun!!
Youth Dance Classes
Creative Movement (5 – 6 Yrs):
A nice introductory class for kids wanting to learn the foundations of dance in a fun, playful, and welcoming environment. This class encourages students to explore movement through music and prop play. Creative Movement will teach kids basic dance steps, while leaving room for creativity which will help children develop coordination, balance, rhythm, and self-expression.
Beginner Jazz/Hip-Hop (7 - 10 Yrs):
A beginner level dance class that combines jazz and hip-hop styles. This class will teach kids basic movements and dance combinations and give them the opportunity to grow their skills and passion for dance in a fun, inclusive, and low-pressure way. Seasonal yet optional performances may occur throughout sessions to showcase what students have learned.
Adult Classes
Dance Cardio Class (18+)
An upbeat cardio style dance class which incorporates jazz/hip-hop movements designed for all levels, followed by a wind-down stretch + meditative relaxation. This class is meant to meet you where you are and be a place where you can let go and express yourself in a supportive and uplifting environment. No dance experience is necessary to have a great time!
Adult ALL Abilities Yoga
This class is designed to support both the mind and body through gentle/all-levels yoga poses, meditation strategies, mindfulness practices, and even the opportunity to engage in creative expressions and community building exercises.
