Meet Jennifer

Hello, I am Jennifer! I am a recently established wellness provider who is passionate about offering services for all ages and abilities. I specialize in teaching yoga + mindfulness classes for the youth by sharing with them different mind-body practices. My compassionate teaching style is built around promoting inclusivity for every student, which is supported by my knowledge of trauma-informed yoga and yoga for diverse abilities, making my practices accessible for ANY student from as little as 6 weeks old to 18 years of age.

In addition to my background in children’s yoga, I graduated from Rider University in 2019 with my BA in Psychology where I focused my coursework around child development, while also competing at the Division 1 Track & Field level. Even though the roles I have served in have changed over the years, my passion for working with the youth and making a positive impact on their mental + physical health has been an underlying thread of each of my pursuits.

Beyond serving the youth, I am also inspired to support adults in their journeys and create a safe and welcoming space to build community and connection with other like~minded “sols.”  Through continuous studies and personal life experiences, I have been guided over the years to expand my understanding of various therapeutic practices, such as Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), breathwork and meditation, mindfulness, guided visualization, and other self-care/coping strategies. My vision is to combine these different practices, along with the power of movement, to provide an integrative and transformative mind-body experience for all.
