Sol & Skye’s Mindful Movement Kid’s Day Out Parties are a special way for kids to create fun yet meaningful memories while you enjoy a few hours for yourself! Each Kid’s Day Out event is intentionally centered around yoga-inspired and creative movement flow, art + process-based creativity, outdoor exploration (weather permitting), and mindful play.
