Tuesday 6:15 – 7:15 PM: (18+) An upbeat cardio style dance class which incorporates jazz/hip-hop movements designed for all levels, followed by a wind-down stretch + meditative relaxation. This class is meant to meet you where you are and be a place where you can let go and express yourself in a supportive and uplifting environment. No dance experience is necessary to have a great time!
